A look at how ProStart is impacting young people's lives
The California Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (CRAEF) was seeking a powerful video that would appeal to a corporate audience and drive emotions, encouraging donations to support raising funds for the ProStart curriculuum in inner-city schools. We took two days in Los Angeles to interview teachers and administrators about the program, and also followed around youth who have succeeded in the program. We had the opportunity to speak with Bob Spivak, noted restauranteur, as well as Chef Jeff Henderson, a celebrity chef with television shows on The Food Network and MTV.
